Scope of Grounds Maintenance We are dedicated to the care of your loved one’s specific resting place. Please note that we are not the cemetery landscapers.

Our service is strictly limited to the maintenance, cleaning, and trimming of the individual plot you have hired us to care for.
We do not mow, trim, or maintain the general cemetery grounds or surrounding areas, as this is the legal responsibility of the municipality or church.

Winter Service & Snow Removal Policy At The Plot Keepers™, we prioritize the safety and preservation of the headstone above all else. Our winter maintenance adheres to the following strict guidelines:

Loose Snow Only: Services include the removal of fresh, loose snow from the headstone and the immediate boundaries of the plot.

Safe Equipment: We utilize only non-scuffing, poly-blade shovels (plastic) and cordless air-blowers. No metal tools, scrapers, or stiff-bristled brushes are ever used on frozen monuments.

No Ice Removal: We strictly DO NOT attempt to remove ice, hard-packed snow, or frozen debris adhered to the stone. Attempting to pry or chip ice in freezing temperatures can cause permanent damage to the granite or marble. Any frozen material will be left undisturbed.

Plot-Specific: We do not clear snow from adjacent plots, walkways, or cemetery access roads.

Multi-Plot & Family Discounts We know that families often rest together. If you have multiple loved ones in the same cemetery, we are happy to offer a discount for servicing their plots during a single visit.
