The Family Behind the Business

We are Ryan and Alli. We were both raised here on the prairies, Ryan in Alberta and Alli in Saskatchewan and we are now raising our own family right here in Yellowhead County, Alberta.

We are a tight knit family team. When you hire The Plot Keepers™, you aren't hiring a crew of strangers; you are hiring a husband, a wife and occasionally our two "junior supervisors" (our daughter and son), plus our English Mastiff, Gus, who provides moral support.

Why We Do This

Our journey began with a personal realization. Like many families, life often got in the way of visiting our own relatives' graves. When we finally visited Alli’s grandmother after a few years away, we saw that her plot had faded and looked forgotten. We realized that while cemeteries maintain the grounds, they don't maintain the memories.

We started The Plot Keepers™ with a specific goal: To revive the "forgotten art" of caring for our ancestors.

Our Mission

We believe that every headstone tells a story, whether it belongs to a veteran, parent, grandparent or a child. Our mission is to serve our community and God by ensuring those stories aren't lost to moss, dirt or neglect.

We built this company to give peace of mind to families who can’t be there. We treat every plot we visit with the same reverence and respect we give our own family because we know exactly how much it means to you.
