We service these areas at no extra charge once per season (up to 4 times per year, based on our schedule)

The "Legacy Keepers" Package

We only provide this level of service to these select areas at this time

Can We Visit a Plot Outside Your Zones?

Absolutely. While our standard routes cover Yellowhead County and the major cities, we are willing to travel to any cemetery in Alberta to serve your family.

Due to the fact that we are a small family business (and not a large corporation with a fleet of trucks), visits outside our regular routes are subject to mileage fees. This ensures we can cover the fuel and time required to get our team to your site and back safely. We hope to expand our standard routes in the future, but for now, we appreciate your understanding and support.

Mileage & Travel Rates Outside of Our Standard Routes

Mileage Rate

Mileage is charged for round trip and will be invoiced prior to plot service

$0.95 Per km

Additional Travel Costs

Anything over 400km one-way will be subject to these costs (does not include mileage)

Overnight hotel and food surcharge: $249.99 per night

Flexible Timing? Big Savings. Do you have a loved one resting in a rural town that is a bit off the beaten path? (e.g., Barrhead, Rocky Mountain House or a small town off Highway 16/Hwy 2)

If you are looking for a one time service (like The "Keeper's Visit") and are flexible on the date, you can join our Waypoint Waitlist.

How It Works:

Join the List: Let us know where the plot is and that you are willing to wait.

We Contact You: When we schedule a route past your area (heading to Edmonton, Calgary, or beyond), we will contact you to see if we can add your stop to our journey.

You Save: Because we are already in the area, you only pay for the "Detour Mileage" (the distance from our main highway route to the cemetery and back), rather than the full trip from our headquarters.

The Promise: We make every effort to fit you in when we are near. This allows us to offer you the lowest possible travel rate and avoids overnight accommodation charges.

The Catch: This requires flexibility! We cannot guarantee a specific date (like a birthday), but we can guarantee a lower rate when our paths cross.
